 Schüler Helfen Leben ist eine deutsche Organisation, die sich seit 1992 balkanweit für Jugendliche einsetzt. Der inhaltlichen Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeit in Bosnien und Herzegowina liegen auf Jugendpolitik, Jugendbildung und Jugendengagement, insbesondere in der Unterstützung von Jugendmedien und Schülervertretungsarbeit.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen/eine

Projektkoordinator/in Jugendpolitik

Die/Der Stelleninhaber/in ist für die Betreuung der Kooperationsprojekte (Spin-off  Jugendorganisationen) im Bereich Schülervertretung, Jugendmedien und Jugendpolitik verantwortlich. Dies beinhaltet die strategische Entwicklung des gesamten Programmbereichs, die Abwicklung und Entwicklung der Spin-off Organisationen im Bereich Jugendmedien und Schülervertretungen, sowie Netzwerkarbeit mit anderen Organisationen und Personen, die im Bereich der Jugendpolitik aktiv sind. Zusätzlich gehören sowohl interne und externe Kooperationen, als auch der sachgerechte Umgang mit externen Fördermitteln zu den Verantwortungen.

 Aufgaben:

• 
  

  Betreuung und Begleitung von Jugendprojekten innerhalb der Schülervertretungarbeit (AsuBiH) und Jugendmedienarbeit (ONAuBiH)

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring und Controlling der Kooperationsprojekte

  
  


• 
  

  Administrative Projektbegleitung (Auswahl, Durchführung, Nachbetreuung etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Vorstandsmitgliedern der AsuBiH und ONAuBiH

  
  


• 
  

   Weiterbildung der Vorstandsmitglieder in folgenden Bereichen: Organisationsstrukturen, Netzwerkarbeit, Aktivenarbeit, Fundraising und Projektmanagement

  
  


• 
  

  Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Jugendengagment- und Jugendbildungsbereich

  
  


• 
  

  Strategische Entwicklung des Jugendpolitikbereiches

  
  


• 
  

  Netzwerkaufbau der aktiven Jugendlichen in BiH (Etablierung, Betreuung und Begleitung)

  
  

Anforderungen:

• 
  

  Erfahrung in finanzieller Förderarbeit (Grants- bzw. Mittelvergabe)

  
  


• 
  

  Kompetenz im Bereich Supervision und Monitoring

  
  


• 
  

  Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse der deutschen oder englischen Sprache

  
  


• 
  

  Kompetenz im Bereich Berichterstattung

  Erfahrung in Umgang mit Jugendlichen

  Kompetenz im Bereich Büroarbeit (IT-Kenntnisse, Verwaltung etc.)

Schüler Helfen Leben is a German non-governmental organization supporting youth issues on the Balkans since 1992. In Bosnia and Herzegovina the main focus of SHL’s work is on supporting youth politics, providing youth education and encouraging youth activism, especially by bringing forward youth media and student councils.

At the earliest possible date we are looking for a new

Project coordinator (m/f) for youth politics

The holder of this position is responsible for the monitoring of spin-off cooperation projects in the field of student councils, youth media and youth politics. This includes the strategic development of the remit, the administrative and advisory work with our spin-off projects and networking with other NGOs and persons dealing with youth policies. Also internal a well as external cooperations and appropriate handling of subsidities belong to the position holder\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  Mentoring of our youth projects in the area of student councils (ASuBiH) and youth media (ONAuBiH);

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring and Controlling of the cooperative projects;

  
  


• 
  

  Administrative accompanying of projects (selecting, implementation, post processing etc.);

  
  


• 
  

  Close cooperation with the steering board members of ASuBiH and ONAuBiH;

  
  


• 
  

  Further education of the steering board members on following topics: organizational structure, networking, member and project management, fundraising;

  
  


• 
  

  Close cooperation with the two other remits (youth activism and youth education);

  
  


• 
  

  Strategic development of the youth politics remit;

  
  


• 
  

  Buildup of the network of active young people in BiH (establishment, monitoring and mentoring);

  
  

Requirements:

  Experience in granting of funds;

  
  


• 
  

  Supervision and monitoring skills;

  Good knowledge, both spoken and written in German or English ;

  Reporting skills;

  Experience in work with young people;

  Office work skills (IT-skills, administration etc.);
